Web Dev

I once tried to get a MYSQL server to make me a drink. It didn’t work.

October 12, 2000: I learn to create a basic web page using notepad and HTML.

Everything I know from that point has been taught to me, by me, often by ripping appart other peoples code to see how it works and if I can put it back together again better (mostly the answer to that is yes, I can).
I work freelance, although I did a two year stint as the in-house programmer for Harrison & Co Creative. I have absolutely no formal training in graphic design or web development past GCSE leve. I think I’m doing pretty well regardless.

I can code HTML (and HTML 5), CSS, jQuery, PHP, MYSQL and wordpress (not really a coding language, but it’s my favourite system to use as a CMS so I’m counting it).
